Hello all, I haven't written a post like this before but I have recently come across some gorgeous products that I wanted to share with you. I'm not one to apply make-up on a daily basis, I'm a typical roll out of bed and go to work kind of girl however I do like to look slightly presentable and with minimal amount of effort. One thing I am particular on is my eyebrows and that is one thing I try and touch up everyday - even if it's just combing them through!
Anyway I have got into the habit of carrying around 2 miniature essentials bags in my handbag and one of them being the one I am talking about today.
This cute little bag was given to me by my auntie when I decided I was moving away to London, although that wasn't the best of experiences I still kept the bag for bits and bobs.
First I'll start with what actually happens in the morning, I drive to work super early to avoid all the traffic and then sit in the car park for about 10 minutes doing my morning routine - don't worry I shower and brush my teeth before I leave the house.
I start by applying the Delarom Aquaconfort cream all over my face, by the way this creams feeling/texture is insane like nothing I have ever used before. It doesn't feel like a cream, I can't explain it however I can tell you that it's extremely hydrating. After this I apply Balance Me Wonder Eye Cream under the eye which sooths my dark circles making them appear smaller - something I suffer with since working full time. The last product is L'Occitane Verveine Body Lotion which has a strong Lemon cent, I don't use this in the morning but sometimes throughout the day I will apply this to my elbows and arms.
Lastly I have three AMAZING products.
First is Benefits Gimme Brow, I was sucked in at my local boots for a make over and ending up leaving having spent £40 on 2 products, this product is so easy and quick to apply (something I'm keen on) and gives your eyebrows an incredibly natural look. I was given the lightest shade and had I chosen it myself I would have gone for the darker one however the lighter shade was perfect. About 4 years ago I got carried away with plucking so I have always been really self conscious about my eyebrows an have tried so many different products, non as easy and as good as this.
Secondly is Benefits They're Real PRIMER - that's right primer. I don't usually like wearing mascara on a daily basis because I usually get so tired and want to rub my eyes so I like them fresh and clean however this doesn't feel like I'm wearing mascara at all. It gives a really natural look whilst increasing the length and definition of your eyelashes, this mascara is perfect for everyday wear however I wouldn't recommend on a night out.
Lastly is Victoria Secrets Fantasies Passion Struck Mini Fragrance Mist, if you love fruity smells you'll love this, it is absolutely divine. This mist is perfect size for a handbag during the day or a clutch at night. There are so many other fragrances so if you don't like this one you're bound to find one you do.
I always keep a pair of tweezers on me along with a hair bobble because there is nothing worse than seeing a hair out of place or needing to tie your hair up to eat or run but not having those things.
